Successful directing and leadership of organizations is very much a matter of developing the right strategy. Enhancer offers an energizing and lateral methodology that can constitute both the starting point of the strategic process, and support for the continuous refinement of long-term strategy or alignment between key functions within the organization. It is not only a process that optimizes and calibrates the long-term direction, but one that also enhances clarity and sets well-defined standards for what has to be done and when.
