Enhancer was founded in 1998 to capitalize on the commercial opportunities that became available with the scientific discoveries of the natural phenomena and findings made by Professor Elliott Jaques, which are of fundamental importance for how to direct and lead organizations.

Since 1998, Enhancer has worked with well over 170 large and small companies and contributed to significant value enhancement.
